***Retinol has the quality of converting into Vitamin A acid when applied to the skin. In theory, the best effect is achieved by using a pure Vitamin A acid, but it does have a number of side effects, such as severe skin irritation. Because of that, there are restrictions in using A-acid, and it must not be used in skincare products.
Several skin care products contains Retinol (which we use) or Retinol esters, which slowly convert to Vitamin A acid when it pentrates the skin.

RESULT
As a result of this study, the skin tolerability of test product Vitamin A Eye Cream can be expected to be "very good" when used as face care product, also for subjects with sensitive skin.

Aplicar cada dos días durante las primeras semanas para acostumbrar al ojo a la vitamina A y el retinol, y para evitar enrojecimientos.
La crema para ojos debe aplicarse ligeramente alrededor de los ojos, pero evitando la zona de los párpados, donde no se suele aplicar dada la delicadeza de la piel en esta zona.
Hay que evitar acercarse demasiado al conducto lagrimal cerca del puente de la nariz. Una vez que la piel se haya acostumbrado a la crema, se aplica todos los días, mañana y noche.
Recomendamos utilizar un factor solar +15 SPF; deja actuar tu producto con retinol durante 2-3 minutos antes de aplicar el factor solar.
El retinol puede causar irritación en la piel.
Un consejo para minimizar las rojeces es aplicar sérum de ácido hialurónico antes y después de aplicar retinol. Estas capas adicionales pueden moderar los efectos secundarios.
